The Credit Union National Association is seeking comments on the National Credit Union Administration’s (NCUA) five-year draft strategic plan. CUNA will accept comments until March 24. The NCUA’s comment period for the strategic plan ends April 4.The NCUA issued the draft plan at its January board meeting. The games will be played this coming weekend…over Saturday and Sunday…at the same time that the County senior football championship gets underway. Reigning champions Thurles Sarsfields will take on Borris-Illeigh on Saturday evening at 6.30 in Templemore…at the same time in Templetuohy, Mullinahone are up against Templederry-Kenyons. The other two re-fixed matches to take place on Saturday will also throw in at 6.30…that’s the clash of Holycross-Ballycahill and Toomevara which is to be held in Templederry and Ballingarry versus Clonakenny in Boherlahan. On Sunday then, the final two matches of the postponed games will take place. Portroe go up against Lorrha-Dorrha in Cloughjordan at 6.30 while at the same time in Annacarty, Moneygall take on Carrick Swans. The only game left from last weekend that has yet to be played is Upperchurch-Drombane versus Drom & Inch…that match will take place at a later date as the two clubs are involved in senior football this weekend.
