Skyscanner never has any access to them and therefore, we cannot store or keep a record of any of your information.If I don’t receive my booking confirmation what should I do?Don’t panic! It’s worth remembering that although flight tickets are usually issued on the same day, some travel agents may take longer. But before you pen an anxious email or pick up the phone to the travel operator you booked with, try checking your junk mail folder: sometimes unrecognised messages can be placed there by your email provider. And if you’re not sure who your booking is with then try finding your online bank statement, which should have the flight provider’s name next to any charge. If you still can’t find your confirmation then contact the travel provider you booked with. If you’re struggling to get through to them then get in touch with us, but as we don’t process your booking we won’t be able to issue your booking confirmation or tickets. If I need to make changes to my booking what should I do?We recommend you get in touch with the travel agent directly regarding changing or cancelling your flights. Skyscanner isn’t able to change or cancel your booking.What happens if my flight is cancelled?Cancellations occasionally occur, usually when the airline of travel agent is unable to fulfil a ticket at their advertised price, or if the airline makes a decision to cancel that flight or route. If this happens, the airline or travel agent will give you the option to purchase a ticket at the new price or refund your money in full. Cancelled bookings are beyond Skyscanner’s control because we are a travel search engine, rather than a booking service Therefore, we suggest you speak to your travel provider directly with regards to the options that might be available. If you’re finding it difficult to get through to them then drop us a line, but again, we may not be able to help you as we do not handle any bookings – but we’ll try our best!
